STATEMENT

My practice explores what it means to come back to life in a body that has been numbed – emotionally, socially, physically.

I refuse to remain shaped by systems that transform authentic individuals into predictable, obedient beings – stripped of spontaneity, disconnected from their own impulses, ashamed of their natural physicality. I work to reclaim what these structures take away: vitality, sensuality, and the right to exist without apology.

As a woman, I often work from a female perspective. My work addresses the difficulty of expressing female sensuality – how easily it is sexualized, misread, erased, or consumed. I aim to show energy as a vital, creative, embodied force, challenging the reflex to sexualize or flatten expressions of sensuality in any body.

The bodies in my work exist without apology – not to attract, but to feel and to be. They embody vulnerability, authenticity, and presence. My work exposes the tension between aliveness and cultural containment, making it visible, tangible, and undeniable.
